poundstretcher popcorn maker £9.99

have been after one of these for a while, but argos wanted £29.99 for 1!!

anyways poundstretcher/home bargains have these half price, reduced to £9.99!

i couldnt find a pic online but managed to find this ebay seller selling them (for a lot more than £9.99!) if anyone wanted to have a peek at what they do and look like.

i bought one yesterday and it is fab, quite small aswell so doesnt take up too much room at the back of the cupboard...where all gadgets eventually live!!
If i was meant to be able to touch my toes then God would have put chocolate on the floor! :rotfl:

wins so far... 2 x koala, maclaren pushchair, tomy electronic baby photo frame, palmers cocoa butter and bust firming cream ;)

I have a pop corn maker and I think it's wonderful if you eat a lot of pop corns, fresh popcorn always tasted crunchy and nice.

Do you do anything to the popcorn or just have it plain? Unfortunately my children have become accustomed to that awful toffee stuff and fear they would not be satisfied with fresh popcorn with a sprinkle of sugar or salt!

You don't need a popcorn maker - a large saucepan (with a lid!) with a bit of butter and oil in on a high heat. When the corn stops popping, pour into a bowl and sprinkle with icing sugar or salt and you're done.

Most supermarkets do corn for popping. My local Asda have it in the section with soya milk, gluten free stuf etc. Mr T have it with their international foods in one local, health food another and with dried beans, pulses, stock cubes, seasoning etc in another. Just have a good look as I am sure you will get it. Is so easy as OPs have said in large heavy bottomed pot. Kids love doing it and hearing the corn "pop". Have even weaned them off the horrible sugar coated stuff by allowing themto help.
