Problems with switching Nationwide mortgages online

My current 2 year Nationwide deal ends at the end of Feb. Nationwide are offering me £300 cashback if I choose another of their mortgages, plus another £100 more if I do it online. Before anyone asks, I have looked on a number of price comparison websites and taken the cashback into consideration and the next cheapest deal is £33-35 more per year. I am going for a 3 year deal this time.
I have tried to do this on 23rd, 28th and today (29th) and the website will not allow me to do so. Contacted Nationwide yesterday and they told me to use Internet Explorer instead of my usual browser - Firefox. Tried it on IE and still won't let me.
The message on the screen when it says I am unable to switch is
I haven't switched my deal before, I have only one mortgage with them and I don't have any arrears.
If its a technical issue with the website, can I ask them for the extra £100 cashback?

Sorry, at this time we are unable to switch your mortgage online. There are a number of reasons why this might be, some of which are listed below:
- you may have recently switched your mortgage deal
- you may have more than one mortgage account with Nationwide
- there may be some arrears on the account

As the NW says "There are a number of reasons why this might be, some of which are listed below". So suggest you contact them.0

If your current deal doesn't end until February, is there a window in which you can make this change which isn't yet open to you?
Three months perhaps?
You haven't taken a further advance at any time, or ported a deal to a new property?
