Do I need to officially form as a company or sole trader?

Hi, Hope someone can help here. I have a day job and a self employed job on the side. I travel to my day job with a vehicle and gear that I sell. I would cycle or bus it but the place I sell the gear/vehicles through the day is excellent with good rewards. Can I as a sole trader claim the mileage for this?:cool:

Bullhuss, you'll be much better starting your own thread (click the "new thread" button at the top of the board).

Responses get very confusing when two people ask different questions in the same thread - if you stay in this one somebody will probably mix you up with the OP and tell you you can't drive if you're only 16 :-)

By the way, I know this is quite a time later, and this thread has long been concluded, but I decided not to do this because it was ridiculous.
