I am always wary of these home job sites but does anyone know anything about them? Are they any good? Genuine?

They are a genuine company that provide leads to distributors of Direct Selling/ Network Marketing Companies like Kleeneze for recruitment purposes. They run specific campaign,s for individual,s and they also run general ones when you can expect more then one person to contact you to attempt to recruit you to there particular opportunity..

Its commission only self employed type work, normaly with some start up costs. If thats the sort of thing your looking for you might find the info on this site helpful.
