Finally managed to get an order in of 2 sweatshirts, 1 top and the dress for just under £17 delivered. The 25% code worked but it didn't like the £5 off.

To get both codes to work I had to add the 25% off code first and then the £5 code (it also duplicated the item it took the 25% off but then allowed me to delete the duplicate but keep the discount), it also only worked once I had something in my basket which wasn't on offer or in the sale, so I got the sale dress, the 2 kids jumpers on offer and a further dress for £19.13 delivered. Which really equates to me paying for the non offer dress & delivery and getting the other 3 items free.

Finally.... I got the 25% code to work, it kept duplicating items and I kept deleting one and then it kept deleting the whole basket, but finally managed to do it and it worked... didn't seem to have any logic to it as I tried it with and without sale items and various priced items.

Gave up on getting the £5 off as it just wouldn't discount on the website but when I got my order confirmation through the £5 was showing even though I'd confirmed the higher payment on the website! Pleased now

Exact same as PP. Faffed about for ages trying to get them both to work. Lower price was confirmed after payment:D

I may have found a poss glitch on the £6 order....

I orginally ord 2x sweaters (£2.50 offer promo ), skirt -£3.99 & dress (£3.99 - offer promo ) total inc del and disc codes = £10.88. Confirmed order.

H&M will send an email to confirm ord. The email states that you can "edit the order before they send it"

So I removed the dress as I didnt really want it ( only to get order over £6 min). It accepted the order and sent an email to confirm this. Order value now £6.89 inc £3.90 del.

This makes order £2.99. Not bad eh!! for 2 x sweatshirts and a skirt....

Now lets see if it arrives or they cancel it on me

Is anyone else having trouble paying? I have ordered a fair bit but it keeps coming up with an error saying I haven't ordered enough for a partial delivery. I've tried ordering more and less but no difference.

This has happened to me before...

Unfortunatley you may have to remove the items from your checkout and start again esp if you have ordered sale items.

Or you could do what I did ( as in my previous post ) and order a more expensive item them wait for confirmation email then edit it 24- 48 hrs later. Prior to them dispatching it
