Hi, I gave up smoking about 8 or 9 months ago using the inhalator from the docs, they were so vile I would rather have just suffered cold turkey but needed something to do with my hands and to break the habitual places I smoked, sitting at laptop, driving, social smoking etc, I lasted 2 weeks on the cartridges and then just used the inhalator and I haven't touched a cigarette since, I didn't really find it hard as I wanted to give up which I think is key and on a bad day I smoked no more than 10 at the most, I was very worried about putting on weight because of picking but I kept inhalators all over the place and that seemed to work, if it hadn't I was going to go for the electronic cigarette but I didn't need to. I have to say that despite giving up and I know its whats best for me I haven't really noticed any difference financially or health wise:( but as I said I wasn't a heavy smoker, I did read cravings go in 3s so that would be 3 hours, 3 days, 3 months etc - good luck OP:)
Thank you for this site Martin
