in Gone off!
Before Christmas I checked our online order with the APG and was told that £30.09 would be credited to our online account within 7 days. I have checked and can't see this anywhere on our Asda account. I only order online at Christmas so have never done this before.
Can anyone tell me where I would see the credit, or do they email an e-voucher?

If you go into the my account page on the Asda site any credits will be shown. Does take a few days though...0

Hi when I did the APG online the PDF voucher popped up and I had to print it off, the same happened with the £5 off a £40 shop because My online shop wasn't cheaper, however if you do get the PDF vouchers they do have quite a short expiry date...... The £5 off is slightly longer till the end of January and thankfully you can use both together.
