I had phone contract with vodafone about a years ago ... and they changed their offers ( they excluded international calls ) which they promised to give me from day 1 when we started and they changed they words and said some numbers are included some not and....... so got a bill about £120 !

  • Ideally you should have kept up with the complaint when you had he bill from Vodafone by doin this they may have eventually reduced the debt for you.

Now that its been sold onto the debt agency I'm not sure that there is anything that you can do about it other than pay.

Someone may be along with more advice on it though

    Hope you get it sorted
