Cutter to make gift tags from cards

I would like to buy a cutter ( a bit like a hole punch ) That I could use to make gift tags from old greeting cards. I usually use my pinking shears but this takes ages and I always go a bit wonky. Surely there must be something out there that would make nice neat circles or squares gift tag size?
Thanks in advance

Can't you just use a hole punch ? Failing that, you can get single hole punches like this one

There are loads available, ebay is always a good place to check out (if only to get an idea of whats available) http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/Crafts-/14339/i.html?_nkw=tag+punch&_catref=1&_trksid=p3286.c0.m1538
Be sure to check the sizes, and use the keyword punch, and then whatever shape you want, square, heart, circle, tag, scalloped square etc!
A waist is a terrible thing to mind.0 -
I have a hole punch that makes small holes, what I mean is something like a hole punch that would cut a circle about 2 inches accross. so that its like a gift tag. I would then use an ordinary hole punch for the ribbon.
I just hate wasting all the lovely cards given to me and would love to reuse them, and save the pennies!!:)0 -
