Tax coding

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help?
Ive just had a call from a friend who have their own business.
She wanted to know about coding notices, most of her employees have two jobs and she wanted to know what to set their tax codes at post-budget.
She says last year only one employee had tax code 503L, the rest were, for example, 424T and the such.
What she wanted to know was when the PA changes after the budget, should she use a the regular, e.g. the equivalent of 503L, or increase their current code in proportion with last years code and the new code?
If that makes sense?

She should follow the instructions she receives from HMRC on the P9X she will receive and any other coding notices she receives for employees who are not on 503L.
If she has any doubts or questions about what she should be doing with peoples codes then she should contact the HMRC Employers Helpline who will be able to tell her what to do. She should not change codes without instruction from HMRC.0
