Hi everyone,
I am in a little bit of help but if this is not the correct section of the forum please feel free to move the thread.
Basically, I bought a Living World Triop Park from Argos a few months ago (I always do my Christmas Shopping throughout the year) then on Christmas Day kids opened the box, we set everything up - followed instructions to the letter - however the supposed eggs never hatched, sons are upset, etc.
I still have the receipt and I was wondering, could I return it to Argos even tho the 30 days return policy has expired?
Thanks for reading.

Yes if its "faulty" or "not fit for purpose". I would use the argument that this item did not do as it was intended and therefore if "faulty".0

Hi Mike,
Thank you for your swift reply.
I will give it until tomorrow and if nothing happens I shall take it back.
Thanks again.

my daughter had a triop park a couple years ago for christmas but we did not set it up till the spring and it worked fine, it does take more than 48 hours for the eggs to hatch, hope that helps0

If something is already 'broken' when you open it, you can return it anytime, not just within 30 days. The people in my life: Betty Crocker, Mr. T and Gordon (of Gordon's gin) :T0
