Hate the programme downloads.
Last year they had a Dr Who download that ate most of my memory and took me no end of problems to delete it, and every time I went onto iTunes, it started to download it again despite me deleting constantly. So if you only have an 8gb iPod touch, leave alone, lol or you'll be deleting apps for fun!0 -

I downloaded the 2 free episodes for today's freebie but the house pilot is 1.5gb! Didn't think it would be that bit tbh especially as it isn't that long, if it was a full film then fair enough but it's not! Xx0 -

I've downloaded this but I probably wont watch it anyway so I now want to delete it - can't seem to do it, please could you tell me how to delete it?
Many thanks x0 -
at least you guys can download it, I've bought it ok but as they are all downloading they all get an error and stop :S
to delete then just let them finish downloading, then go into TV Shows in iTunes, then right click on them and select delete, then select you want to remove to recycle bin, if you downloded it to your iPod/iPhone then swipe across the TV show and select delete that comes up.
even if you have low HDD space and are going to delete them straight away I would still buy them as they will be added to your 'Purchased' locker where you can then download them in the future, if/when you want to watch them/have enough space.0 -
I have tried swiping across it but nothing comes up (the delete option)
I am just syncing now to iTunes and thought that if I then unclick it and sync again it will be removed from my phone? Is this correct or am I going a long way round trying to delete it?
Thanks for any help x0 -
no that should work, if the swipe delete button isn't coming up then that's the only way I can think of to delete it.0

Yes, as Jayme says, if you start to download something, then you must download it all before you can delete. It's a right pain in the backside, but the only way to remove it without it continuously trying to download when you connect to iTunes. I found out the hard way and took me 12 months (YES 12!!!) to work out where I was going wrong. I feel like I've got a new iPod touch now, lol0
