Return/exchange online HMV purchase at shop?

Does anybody know if HMV will allow an item purchased online that is found to be faulty to be returned/exchanged at a shop?

Agree, its a no. They seem to see the online site as almost a different company to the instore version if you ask instore, they wont price match or even state whats going on online I wonder if they are actually as connected as the brand name would suggest.

They both have the same parent company but HMV Retail stores and HMV.com are run as two separate companies.
