I have come to a point in life I realise I don't NEED much at all but I have one weakness........... which is BARGAIN.:p
My thoughts too - my only defence is that I haven't spent much today - yet.¿Alguien ha visto a mi nave espacial?
Biting is excellent. It's like kissing, only there's a winner.0 -

This site constantly amazes me....................Someone posts a very obvious observation about 'bargains' and gets thanked 15 times for it! So here is my contribution.

This should be a sticky to remind us in weak moments of bargain frenzy!
I coveted some slippers for the past month at M&S... they sold out apart from the ones in pink, which appeared in the sale. I really wanted the sold out purple version, rather than the half price pink version but was merrily on my way to check-out when I realised
A. I don't need them
B. I don't love them as much as the purple ones
C. I saved myself £11 by not buying them instead of £7 buying them.
D. One day I will really enjoy looking for a bargain pair of slippers I love just as much, when I need them.
E. Then again, if you do happen to have some money burning a hole in your pocket and you fall in love with something of a bargain, buy it, because you may regret it later if you go back and it's gone! There must be a few people with Christmas money given to them with the intention that they should buy themselves something they really want, but might not otherwise buy for themselves
I'm happy to do some internet window shopping in the sales0 -
for me it was mostly clothes. I loved looking at the tk maxx sale, but before you know it you're thinking "yes they're all great deals, but do i reeeeeeeeealy want to spend £300 on clothes i dont actually really need?" So yeah, a good few baskets got closed and im 10x happier now than i would have been waking up thinking "what the hell have i done"0
