You may return your adidas purchase within 30 days from receipt for a full refund. If the return falls outside of this period, or the item is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging, adidas cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund. Finally managed to buy 3 pairs of trainees for my kids after trying since 2pm today, got to be the worst website ever!!!!! Can't believe it took 7 hours to get everything into my basket and check out!

Delivery is free if you spend over £150.

Returns are free and the parcel is collected from your house.

The website has been terrible all day, this is typical of previous years with the Adidas Boxing Day Sale.

The bargains are decent.

cheers for that info mate, ordered some extra stuff aswell as my order was £130 anyway, plus if i dont like it or need it just return it for a discount hopefully lol

Then again my credit card bill would probably say no thanks lol

1 thing im confused with it on the site it says you can get a 15% discount voucher code when signing up to their e-mail, i did this and got the intial e-mail but no voucher code, might need to ring or email them

If you sign up to the newsletter (link on the box that open when you hold mouse over 'shop' button) you can get 15% off - first time subscribers only though
