I went to three tesco extras in kent after seeing the advertised in the sun on christmas eve for £22 after queing for an hour was told that they had no such offer nor did they know anything about this. I along with other customers were extremley annoyed by this. Another con to get people to the store. I emailed customer services about this but was told the offer was at selected stores only and thatvwas that. Great response. I found the ceos email address and sent him an email of complaint. Well to my surprise he replied very apoligetic and said there dad been a lack of communication between the stores and stated that all stores should be informed of such an offer. He further stated for my inconvieniance he would send me a £28 money voucher so that i can still buy the boxset at £22 as they are now £48. I thought that thia was a kind gesture and restored my faith in tesco even though i emailed the ceo.
