i also ordered a couple of pioneer xbox 360 surround system, they took 4 and 5 days to arrive. approx 3 days from despatch to when i could track them and then 1-2 days until they were delivered

i have cancelled the play.com order as they are in jersey so thought that one would take longer to receive

PMSL!!!!! I ordered 4 games from Gamestation on 11 November last year and 2 still haven't been delivered!! (a/w stock even though it still says "in stock" on their website!! Defies belief!)
I would have kept the Play.com one myslef after a taste of Gamestation's completely useless customer support!

I've not ordered from gamestation before but i called them earlier and they seemed to know what they were talking about, but i will have to wait until i get the hd dvd player i suppose.

I have had problems with play.com in the past though when i ordered an xbox 360 surround system. The day after saying it had been despatched it was not trackable and then play.com decided it had gone missing. It was not trackable for 3 days in total and they weren't sure if it had definitely been despatched but then someone else told me it had definitely gone missing and were blaming parcelforce, however parcelforce said it had not even been collected from them yet - play.com just didn't have a clue what was going on. It did turn up eventually though.
