  • well thanks to mum again i nkow have the £66 in my bank account that i was short off for mext weeks bills, phew. i will transfer it back when my money goes in on the 20th. although she has stated that this is the last time she is going to help me as she is not in a financial position to do it anymore. makes me feel bad but the bank has already charged me £25 last month for going over my overdraft. at least this way i wont get charged and mum gets her money back.(this time).

maybe you could ebay some stuff and then have an account with all your earnings from it and when your short you have the funds in there to cover it? :D

im ebaying now to make some cash for our new bed. Me and the OH are too scared to use CC's or loans so we are just living off what we have.
we're tempted to get a new bed and pay monthly for it, we'll see! xx

Hollie - great new review - E from me - as I earn money on chow and dy etc I put it into the savings and then transfer sum back when we short and then straight back out once we are paid, I was always lending money and I have found this is another bonus of being part of this group.

I have written a review, done some rating and got kicked out of some T surveys as usual - housework wise I have took down the decs, done 2 wash loads, done the ironing, put sum clothes away, made cards with Sophie, cleaned out the rabbit, sorted some clothes for the rubbish and ebay, tidied the kitchen, think i am going to have a well deserved sit down!

I have asked this before and have got alot of you but as there are so many newbies could you please post your usernames for dy and chow either by pm or in a very easy code! so I can add you to my circle.

  • We've been for a nice walk around a boating lake this morning, until DD started chasing a bird and nearly went head first into the lake lol! Not done much money making today apart from rating rating and more rating. Got a couple of surveys in my inbox to do when madam gives me a chance

Is everyone still checking the postcode lottery? It's upto £40 at the mo!

I only nipped off to check my spreadsheet, I hadn't saved it and had left it open...bad move, all my info had vanished:wall:So I have just been gathering information from my survey sites, and actually ended up completing a survey on gratis and filling in a couple of profilers, so that was another 200pts earnt:D

I have been having a look on doou and chow too, to see if I can get to grips with it. I think I am going to read a few reviews and get cracking with writing some by the end of the week.

Well, all the decs are down, just the tree to do at some point today/this eve...back to normality albeit with a ton of extra toys cluttering up the house:cool: I have ds3's birthday in March, so really hope I can get some points/cash earnt towards that... He will be 3:)

While I was off on the net I accepted my university place for September too:eek: scary stuff, need to get the finance application in asap:p

Hello everyone! I have been MIA for the last few months so hope you have all been well! Life was so extremely hetic the last couple of months and my laptop bust so sadly the money making went out of the window! Although I must say i think I actually did manage to make it a neutral christmas with what i had made so far last year, which i am extremely pleased about.

I am definitely on the money making train again this year! Every single penny counts doesnt it? I have lots of things I want to pay off/save for/buy this year so any money made will only mean I can put more towards those.

I have also made another weight loss thread if anyone has a new years resolution to shed the pounds instead of making them then come join us :D. https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/49808469#Comment_49808469

Had email from indefield this morning with a survey and just earnt myself £5 -:j
  • yay for the people qualifying for surveys! :D
i tend to not qualify as being self employed is looked on as BAD by the survey people hehe.

Must have read and rated about 70 reviews today then i look to see if my review rates....still shoddy...sigh.

thanks EmmaD5689 for the E! must be doing something right as in the past 2 reviews i've done, i've gotten 5 E's altogether!.
I think most people usually save their E's for friends so even if your review deserves one, you don't often get them.
i've still got an E or 2 to use up, so going to do some more rating. :D xxx
