People laugh at me buying pressies now but when you figure by Christmas I will have a Newborn baby and will have been unemployed for 7 months it makes it not so silly to start now!Debt at LBM [strike]£17,544[/strike] £5700:TOver £14,000 PAID OFF :T

I think you're sensible buying christmas presents now. I've started too, especially as I have 9 family birthdays from October to December which adds extra pressure for Christmas.
We did a boot sale at the weekend and made £106 which we were delighted with. My son made an additional £26 selling his old toys. He is putting the money towards his holiday spending money. Half of the boot sale money has gone on repairing the fences in the back garden and the other half is going into the birthday present fund.
I brought the Yankee candle May Birthday bundle and gots lots of really nice christmas candle plates which I'll be giving as presents this christmas. I also brought some presents in the boots sale in Jan. I'm currently on the look out for stocking fillers. The only problem is getting the room to store it all-Slimming World Challenge

Hi everyone, been MIA with holiday and trying to sort the house out.
Not a huge amount of money making happening, need to get my bum back in gear, spent £50 yesterday for our anniversary, on food and drink and a meal for the little one, and that was eating in! To be fair it would have cost at least double if we ate out as cocktails were involved too and we still have pudding, starter and more drinks left over so I guess it wasn't a bad plan.
Have a forum group thing for £10 tomorrow, am up to date on all the survey sites except toluna. Oddly mysurvy took 300 points off me as my balance was negative when I logged in, no idea why and no reason I can see for it
I only really buy dd's presents in advance as they hike the prices on the run up to Christmas so you have no choice but to pay. Have spent around £150 for both her birthday and Christmas presents (all money made from here) including her stocking and her main birthday present was £100 (used vouchers) so not bad considering the value of them would be around £1150 all together. Just pj's, a nice outfit for Christmas and that's her sorted now.
Have bought some for family, not alot left except for my hubby but my amazon balance will cover whatever he wants, and I have Next vouchers to take care of dd's clothes for next year and probably to cover a Christmas outfit too.
Luckily we have a huge cupboard we can stuff presents into but to be honest I think It would be a lot less stressful to earn the money and buy it closer to the end of the year, for us anyway. Might go down that route next year, except teh Boots sale if it's any good lol.Comping wishlist for 2017

Evening all, I managed to redeem on T today so have to start that off again. Nearly at redeem on SP, about 40 points to go but some days I only get 4 or 5. Put a review on DY this morning and got £6 from PF on Chow so not a bad day all round seeing as I was out most of it.0
