Points expire on DY 12 months after the date they are earned. Could this be the reason why your points have vanished. There are other reasons why points are decreased which are explained in the FAQ

Has anyone noticed on mysurvey the points have changed I just went to redeem and last time it was 1466 points for £10 Argos and now its 1250! So I could have redeemed ages ago!

Ok, all sorted, had some locked reviews :eek: Since writing them (they were some of my first ones) I have improved considerably and I have now edited them and sent email requesting re-submission. Let that be a lesson to me.

Done so well with DY this month, very pleased with myself! Will help a lot to xmas presents and buying ink cartridges (so expensive!) Have made £32 so far this month. Aiming for £40 by end of Jan :A

I had my voucher from SB this evening. I got a few more points added on OP too, just 90p to go now but I will be out the next three days so looks like it will be next week unless I am lucky to be in when one comes on there.

Just a quick hello guys, I have worked very late the last 2 days, so manic at work I'm doing about 3 peoples jobs just a shame I am not getting 3 peoples pay!!

Got quite a few watchers on my relisted eb stuff but no bids yet, fingers crossed for bids later in the week.

Hope everyone is well and moneysaving, I'm afraid I'm going to sleep soon I'm that tired so no money making for me today x
