    Have PMed you Stepmum xx

I had a couple of surveys this morning from various sites. I havent got any plans for this weekend apart from watching the football tomorrow so I might get on with some sewing as I expect the surveys will be a bit short over the weekend. Whats everyone else doing.

Hope hes feeling better Legend, its horrible when they are poorly especially sore throats.
  • A very long-time lurker has finally registered!

Everytime I saw Martin and heard his advice I used to think "I really must do that" - and finally in September 2010 - I did. I looked at everything I was paying and at the end of Christmas 2010 I still had £250 in the bank - that was a first! I continued to save in various ways throughout 2011 by following advice on this forum.

In 2012 I have already had £50 worth of "Love to Shop" Vouchers (although another £50 is outstanding) for changing our energy suppliers; a cheque for £258.00 from my previous energy suppliers; bought loads of things from online sales in readiness for Birthdays, Christmas etc; and finally have a moneybox in which I put a £1 per day until 30 November.

All the above is because of the hints and tips on this forum - so thank you all.

Hi Yvonne, welcome to the thread, although you have already made a great start on your own.

Can I ask about the love to shop vouchers, was it the npower deal. I am still waiting for £50 as well. Got the 1st £50 today via recorded delivery, so that's in the pot. Do you know how long it is likely to take?

My 2 product tests came today so that's exciting.

Did a piney yesterday and loads of sb, am hoping for another redeem early next week, trying to average a redeem there once a fortnight across the year and am ahead at the mo.

Morning everyone else, hope all is ok and you make fortunes today.
  • Well done Yvonne, sounds like you have made a great start already. If you have any Qs, there's loads of us to answer and if you want to join any of the sites that get mentioned (or not ;) let one of us refer you - every little bit helps! Good luck :D:D:D

Up and running on Zoom, but I think I might be asking for help! So many things opening wanting so many details! If my boys can see what I'm up to they'll go loopy [computers are networked]!
I'm still finding my feet on Zoom so don't know if I can be much help. It's just like Swag but without the TV section, i.e. search wins are random. I don't do any of the download offers I just stick to the following:
    1. Zdaily - click daily (win zbucks tab)
    2. Offer - visit any section (gamit, matomy etc) daily for 1 zbuck. Scroll down the captcha sometimes appears at the bottom of the page.
    3. Videos - this feature isn't available to me.
    4. Search - wins are random, I've not won any yet.
    5. Promo codes - found on facebook & twitter - one was released a couple of hours ago might still be valid.

Reading the simple or advanced guide found in the ZB University tab might be helpful. Elysia might have a few more tips. Think this is a site where its slow and steady on your journey to a voucher.:)
  • I am just past the 800 mark on SB woohoo! Not bad for around 2 weeks usage. Maxi has enough for £20 Asda vouchers but I want to hold out on there as if the vouchers come through I'm afraid I'll just spend them! OP has £3.55 so still a way to go but every little helps. RP has £13 in and VO is still yet to give me anything argh! Luny is up to the 8000 mark and DY is at 7,000 so all in all not horrendously bad but still.

I have been doing SB TV and games running in the background, completed almost all a survey when I was 'screened out' grrrr. I'll do some stuff on DY and luny later and see how we go with time for anything else.
