HAMMIEHOO - love the cards, what a bargain!
Legendmum - have sent a pm regarding the group, hopefully my account settings will allow an add.

Pottering along here, adding bits of money as I go, sure I will speed up once I really get the hang of this, one question though, just joined swagbucks and I was wondering, in order to get a reasonable return, how many points should I be trying to add a day? I know this sounds a stupid question!

Wow those cards are lovely 1p you say, bet they sold out quick! My sainsburys local was selling packs for 25p yesterday and rolls of paper for 20p but I resisted, knowing I've already bought enough to last for 2 Christmases and thought I wasn't being very money savvy buying for the sake of it. There is a boots website you can join, it's mostly for people local to my area, in the midlands . If you are, pm me and I'll give you the email addy to apply.

Thanks Foxy219. I am in the central belt of Scotland so unfortunately can't take advantage of the Boots website, but thank you for the offer anyway:)
  • Does trying to sell a stairlift on Ebay count towards the challenge?!! Only joking, I might have to help OH sell it; it's part of his late Mum's estate & we need to get it out before the house is sold. If we can't sell it we might go via Freecycle or similar.

Sorry I haven't posted recently. How on earth do you manage to be on here as well as all those sites? I'm only on Tol*na, Do**u & chow but it seems to take up most of my free time just trying to do those!

Glad to know Nicky & baby are doing well; that shows how far behind I am!
  • Thankyou for the firend request legend. Managed to have a quick look at the FB page but not managed to post. OH has had his day off today so been busy doing jobs around the house and then going for a lovely long afternoon walk.

Loopylou good luck with the birth - an exciting time coming up for you.

Cornish I loved the film too I felt it was as good as the series. I thought it may have disappointed but it didn't.

Need to get on with a new review tomorrow. I have being trying hard with lonney and have started to slip on review. I have got such a long list of things to review I don't know where to start, the top I guess!

If I was you Pips Mum I would ask them to take a picture and email you the product they say they have got. That way if it is yours and right or wrong you will know. I have loads to list on ebay, was going to do it today but have had a few surveys so done those instead.

;) Busy doing nothing, working the whole day through, trying to find lots of things not to do :p
  • Good evening everyone :D
Just a quickie from me before bedtime. My internet has been playing up so I'm not able to get on during the day. I've managed to catch up on a lot of the posts I missed and just have the last 6 or so pages to read now. Thank you all so much for the lovely messages of congratulations, you've all made me feel very loved :o.

As promised, here is a link to some photos of my little one. Hopefully it works as I have set the album to be public.

The midwife came again today and did all the various checks on us both. We are both doing really well, Oliver has put on plenty of weight which is nice to hear. I was worrying about his feeding as he is tongue tied (so am I!) but so far it doesn't seem to be causing any problems.

I'm off to bed now, I'll try to pop back soon depending on my rubbishy internet!
    Making money for Christmas 2012!
