:beer: Hi all and Merry Christmas..
I have offered houses and accepted from the Shared ownership property but do not know really will get or not.
1-Eu married with non EU (Does have residence card not a indefinit visa)
2-EU was self employed,4th month of permanent position +Non Eu self emloyed for 3 years
3- trying to get shared ownership from housing association (can not find any history of buyers) what kind of problems will be?
4-last couple years credit score was not so good, last 6 month till now everything up to date clear and money into the account staying a while etc.
5-10%deposite we have,
Now!!!
A--Do I have chance to get mortgage??
B--how much will take up to exchange cost?
C--Can I know how long it will take? Mortgage offer accept and exchange?
If anybody has experience or any small touch on my questions will be soo happy.:A
