how to use up 'spare' soda bread ???

Having defrosted my freezer, I've now a mountain of soda bread that needs to be used ( cant re-freeze it i guess ??)

If anyone has any tips on how to use it up I'd love to know.

I was wondering if I could use it to make stuffing ????...

kids made these at school ... called them irish pizzas. Sodas are surprising lovely with shop bought pizza sauce and cheese - simple
