Money left my account a day after ordering mine, was not best pleased as these were a Christmas present. What's more annoying is that there is no telephone number if I had noticed that I don't think I would have ordered them.0

I'd been getting emails from this company, no idea why and had gone as far as even looking on their site which looked pretty genuine so its worrying that a "company" can do this (if what is being illustrated is happening to everyone).
I'd suggest contacting Consumer Direct and seeing if they have any ideas. Also if anyone paid wth a credit card to contact the bank as some cards will allow you to claim back the money in certain circumstances and especially if you paid more then £100.0 -
Slightly worried as I cannot log into my account as it says my email address is not recognised despite it emailing me to that address. My invoice total also says £200 not £100! If they overcharge/fail to send my goods I'll be visiting their office as it's 5mins away!!!0

I did a quick search on the company and it shows as dormant rather than a trading company. There is no assetts or accounts for this business which is slightly odd. The guy who owns this company (Mr Harry Theoharous) is also director of several companies that have been dissolved. I'm no expert but it doesn't seem to be the usual way to do things. If you paid via credit or debit card you may be covered by your bank and would advise to get your money back through them if you are worried.

Hi ya ,
The Uggs i ordered on the 24th Dec were delivered today ( boxed and genuine ) .... Just checked the invoice with mine and everything is fine with it ....,
I ordered the Delaine Uggs for my daughter ... but to be honest looking at them i don't think she is going to like them ... but reading some of the comments on here i'm not sure if i should return them for a refund or " Ebay "them ...
Anyway i hope others on here that are waiting for them receive them soon ...
