This offer only applies to Senseo® Coffee Machines purchased from selected high street retailers, leading department stores, electrical outlets and supermarkets. RRP £49.99. Senseo coffee pods available from selected Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Morrisons and Asda stores.

Terms and Conditions:

1. To claim the £10 cashback, send your original UK till receipt for one Senseo® Coffee Machine together with a completed official application form to: Senseo® Cashback Offer, PO Box 64, Hadleigh IP7 6WF. Only one claim allowed for each purchase of a Senseo® Coffee Machine. Availability of Senseo® Coffee Machines at recommended retailers is not guaranteed. Offer does not apply to purchases on the internet.

2. The £10 cashback will be in the form of a cheque and will be posted within 28 days of receipt claim. The original till receipt will be returned to the consumer with the cheque. No other alternative will be offered in whole or part.

3. Offer open between 14/03/05 until 14/04/05. Claims should be sent in no later than 30/04/05.

4. Open to UK residents, aged 16 years or over, excluding employees of Douwe Egberts or Philips, their families and agents, or anyone connected with this promotion.

5. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. Responsibility cannot be accepted for applications lost, delayed or damaged in the post.

6. This offer is subject to the laws of England.

7. Application to the Cashback offer is deemed to be an acceptance of the terms and conditions. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to award payment to anyone in breach of the terms and conditions.
