i think you can order and collect from a local shop, my locals are newsagents and a one stop shop type place. This is free, you can return items through the same places.

Thats what i thought but when I selected the collect to store at the end on the payment bit it's still saying £3.95 for delivery!?!

when you go to basket and everything is listed,click on the click and collect emblem at the top.this should take you to where you put your postcode in so you can select the nearest place to your home to collect from.there shouldn't be a delivery charge then.hope that helps
