I can't get free delivery?! I can add it but when I get I checkout even though I've selected the collect at store it still wants £3.95 for delivery?!

Hmm I can't add any of them to my basket, maybe they are out of stock now.

I found I had to be logged in (and therefore have created my account) before it would allow me to add things to the basket.

The free delivery part is where they deliver to a local store when you choose Collect+. Most local stores around here appear to be late night off licences. My goods are supposed to arrive before 9th January apparently. Delivery by 'regular' means are charged for.

I don't understand it I'm selecting a collect store and yet it's still charging £3.95!?! Any advice?! I've gone right through the end with the payment just incase it changed further on but it doesn't it still wants £3.95 for delivery to the collect store? Anyone else had this issue?

Having the same problem anyone know how to remove postage.

I just did it and got free delivery, are you selecting which store you want the item delivered to after you put your postcode in?

Yes def clicked on collect+ . Still showing postage. Do you think it is still there as I want to pay by card?
