maturing endowment, when should I hear?

I have a 25 year endowment with the GA, now Aviva, that matures on the 1st Feb 2012.

The last payment will be taken on 1st Jan 2012.

It was to partially pay off a mortgage which has been paid off.

I have not had any notification of the maturity value or any details about it being paid.

Should I contact Aviva or is it too early for them to contact me?

    Aviva typically contact you 1-3 months before maturity. Contact them to be on the safe side as their legacy business book admin can be a bit hit and miss at times.

    To be on the safe side, I'd email them at helpdesk(at)aviva.co.uk stating your full name and policy number.
