Tesco error on Kopparberg

I went yesterday in my local tesco and saw an amazing deal - any 3 boxes for £20 (different beers and ciders). They placed next to the price tag also a lot of boxes of Kopparberg.
I went to the till and paid, but found later they charged me £9 for each kopparberg box, which brought it together to £27. What happened was that Kopparberg wasn't part of the deal but as a client I was mislead because they placed it together with all the other beers/ciders.
I went to speak to the store manager he agreed it's mislead advertsing and gave me the 3 Kopparberg boxes for £20 (in total 18x 500ml Koppaberg cider bottles).
You might want to try it in your local tesco, as they might put the Kopparberg there on purpose, assuming people will not check their receipts after paying. Grab yourself a bargain :-)

Well I thought about it but didn't want to be greedy, still a bargain, 18x 500ml bottles for 20 quid.0

Sure creates a lot of extra work for C.Service , & will most likely cause negative impack in the long run0

Lol, well maybe, but I think this case is slightly different.
I haven't been in & seen the labels, but usually items included in the offer are listed on the yellow labels. If they weren't listed then dtd wouldn't apply.
I do agree though it is easy to be misled if these were placed in a display next to the offer items. Overall I think it was a fair result. Some Managers would give you nothing. I suppose it depends on whether they were mixed in with the offer items or placed alongside.0 -
I had that with kichen towel the last time but DTD did NOT apply as was stocked on the wrong shelf. As far is i know DTD is whenit should be a lower price but charged at normal?0
