Frodo i wouldn't beat yourself about not loosing any weight, having a loved one in hosp is stressful enough and food they sell there isn't particular healthy.

My weigh day tomorrow and i doubt ive lost anything-money is standing at £432 really must get my finger out.

Not really sure how this weight loss thing works! I've not lost anything for about three weeks and all of a sudden I've lost 4lbs in a couple of days. I know you're not supposed to but I can't help weighing myself every day:o This is
the first time in several years that I've weighed in at under 12 stone - albeit only 2lbs :)

Keep up the good work everyone x

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
  • Trying to start diet proper today! Will mean preparing food for dinner and being unsociable and sitting away from the provided food, but needs must! Soup today - still hungry!

That name is plain unfair, you've subliminally messaged me to eat a whole box of jaffas.

19.64 to add in cashback to my total and a fiver off a 40 quid shop via Morrison's and today's Sun newspaper.

I'm not even looking at the scales let alone getting on to them. I'm really mad at myself :p

    Must remember that one!

Jaffa cakes aren't all that bad, you know... 45 calories each which is only a little bit more than half a chocolate digestive. that's 540 for a packet of 12 jaffas, which in turn is 160 calories LESS than a fajita chicken salad from Mr T (for example).

Almost healthy eating in fact. ;)

Thats what I tell myself when I buy a triple pack! Not sure it works if you eat 12 tho! :rotfl:
  • Well I finally lost a pound in weight, making me only one pound heavier than my starting weight.

Also managed to get on a local scheme which gives 12 weeks free slimming world and exercise class which is saving me £6.50 a week so will add that to my signature total each week.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Stats at end of January £489.86 which is a whole lot more than I ever thought I would make so thanks to Mr B for starting this off. It would have been £200 higher but I lent that to a friend in need so wont count it till I get it back n again.

Weight - wish I could be so positive - still a pound or so above the starting weight which is not how this was meant to work !!

So - February, get cracking on raising more funds, maybe think about selling my motorbike if the weather stays fine up here, and weight - gonna have to eat a bit less and move about a bit more as I understand thats the trick ???:rotfl:

well done all on some fabulous results
