Remortgage

Hi,

January time I am due to remortgage. Have been looking at deals and it looks to be between Post Office, HSBC and Woolwich.

Anyone have any experiences with the above companies?

I've been with HSBC nearly 2 years. My deal ends in Feb and I intend to stay with them (unless someone else has a better deal then). Have nothing but praise for very helpful customer service at a time when my original intended purchase fell through. I can't fault HSBC.

Post Office was Bank of Ireland mortgages when we took one out through them about 2 years ago. Very efficient and helpful. Let us lower the rate when it fell even after we had signed up to the mortgage about 3 times...
