Simple:
1) Write letter stating what grounds you believe you were miss sold the policy
2) Await their response
3) If you do not accept their response write back advising why you dont agree and that you require their final response to enable you to escalate it to the Financial Ombudsman Service
4) Await their response
5) If you do not accept their response then lodge a case with the FOS
