Anyone know of somewhere to get cheap sturdy wooden bunks?
I've seen some in the studio catalogue. Try this link http://www.bonanza.24studio.co.uk and put bunk in the search box. They look very sturdy, are pine and split into 2 singles. Think they were £120 ish for the frame alone or £170 inc. mattresses. Don.t forget cashback via quidco!

Hi I have been to my local focus got some bunk beds :T reduced down to £49.99 when I got them to double check price as sticker said £89.99. Not quite £19.99 but I am pleased.
So many thanks to original poster!

I noticed the bunk beds in my local Focus last night. I didn't notice the price, but I did feel one of the mattresses they had for sale...........I wouldn't accept them for free. So I'd say buy the bunk bed from them, but go to ebay for the mattresses.

I did find a real bargain in Focus, which I bought because it would be rude not to for £10. It was a CCTV camera for indoor or outdoor use. It plugs into the scart socket on your TV, so you just switch channels to keep an eye on the kids, or to see who is at the front door.
