Tesco glitch Stella cans

This is my first time so be kind. My brother in law came across a find in Tesco today. 30 cans of Stella for £8 rather than £20. How? They had three cases bound together in shrink wrap. Had its own barcode on it for 3x 10x 440ml but came out as £8 at the till.
