Hi, I had a look at 5pm Xmas Eve - ordered quite a lot, all due to be delivered by 3rd January
Had to pay for delivery though. no option available for delivery to store.

Wouldn't you think the IT bods would have a way of deleting items once they became out of stock? Lloyds and Matalan are the same.

I placed about four orders last week, did very well this year spent probably more than I should have. Delivery due any day now although the items in stock really should have been despatched already so lets hope they get it right.

Very pleased my non credit account now lets me pay with gift vouchers and has order history tracking

Also if it adds to the basket and shows as out of stock, that is because it is sat in someone elses basket. If they log out or leave it to long they jump back on as available. Once an item is purchased it is removed so everything showing is sat in someones basket if that makes sense?

delivery for vip orders seems to be taking longer than last year, even with the 'despatched' items its hard to tell when they will arrive :huh:

I placed an order last Thursday which has not been despatched yet but the payment has been taken off my card, I rang up earlier and was told it should not have come out until the items are sent is this correct?

Just checked online under track orders and one is showing as being sent out tomorrow (5 items) and the other order I placed on Sunday is only showing one of the items as reserved and doesn't mention the other 3 items I ordered at the same time.

Seems Next are getting worse this year than last year can't even get next day delivery or choose when I want delivery, when I ordered it said the items were in stock (not back order) so don't understand why it takes so long to send the items out. Am glad I have't ordered as much as I usually do.

I'm delighted! During my VIP slot, I wanted to buy the Edge bedstead, but it was sold out.

I've just ordered it on the offers website, it must have become available again. Woohoo! :j
