Groupon problems

Sorry if this is in the wrong place.
I placed an order last night using Groupon, but my laptop froze and I ended submitting 2 requests. I emailed them immediately as I was unable to edit the order so I'm going to be charged for 2 vouchers as they are yet to reply to my emails asking for advice.
Has anyone else been as stupid as me, and if so do you have any advice. The only other rhing I thought I could do was to use both vouchers and then just return the items to the retailer and get a refund through them.
Any advice would be really appreciated, I could kick myself

hi you have 7 days to change your mind and ask for refund so you will be fine! They always take ages to reply to my emails, though a friend who spends a lot on vouchers always gets very quick reply......0

They also have a facebook page and have posted there phone number on the comments. HTH if you have a facebook account.0

Good luck with it. I had massive problems getting them to sort out a fairly small valued offer that wasn't supplied. They kept opening then immediately closing tickets on their system.
In the end I had to resort to getting my credit card company to do a chargeback.0
