Not quite true, it will only be the 'property address' if that is the address given for the proprietor (many owners do not live at the property ie: buy to let)kingstreet wrote: »If a charging order is registered against a property, the Land Registry immediately sends written confirmation it has happened, to the property owner, at the property address.
It's very important to make sure you keep your address up to date if you move!
