Which is better ? I usually use foil - but bought some baco roastbags this year. Now I'm not sure whether to use one.

Personally for me it's foil. Once I've sealed it round the roasting tin I resist the urge to open and take a peak until the last half hour of cooking time which the bird is cooked unwrapped and glazed..£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4 .............................NCFC member No: 00005.........

Roasting bags are ok. I find they make the meat moist but don't crisp up the skin.0
