Help: Roast bag or foil for turkey?

Which is better ? I usually use foil - but bought some baco roastbags this year. Now I'm not sure whether to use one.

Any advice??

Thanks.

Personally for me it's foil. Once I've sealed it round the roasting tin I resist the urge to open and take a peak until the last half hour of cooking time which the bird is cooked unwrapped and glazed..

  • Roasting bags are ok. I find they make the meat moist but don't crisp up the skin.
