I have been on Moonpig making the most of the fab free card voucher code PRIMAexcel. I have figiured out how you get the full value of the offer - you have to order one card at a time, so order a card worth £2.99, then go straight back in and order another one worth £2.99 and you will get them both free. I'm not sure why you can't order 2 at the same time, but regardless you will get them both next day anyway!
