Company Sponsered MBA - Tax Implications?

Hello guys,
Looking to sponsor an employee for an MBA programme, now I don't want to talk about the pro's and con's of an MBA here, but instead I have some TAX questions. My employer is self employed, I do not work for a limited company. I am also the employers son.

If sponsoring an employee for an MBA, what tax implications are the for:
A: The employer?
B: The employee?

Just looking to pay for the programme itself, probably about 22K.

Thanks,
J

    Hello there

Can you tell us what is the nature of the business undertaken by the employer, and also what the MBA programme would be?

    Many thanks
