I pity all those unemployed youngsters

Unfortunaely a lot of kids today ahve been brought up surrounded by the "have what you want now" culture (last 10-15 years or so)and some don't understand that you have to work hard to make it in life.
We saw by the riots that now they can't have it they try to take by stealing. I'm not tarnishing all by this brush by any means but I've found it hard at times to find youngsters who realise they ahve to work really hard to get up in life financially.
I've seen a lot of what I ahve built up over the last 20 years lost because of the recession and I don't mind admitting I made mistakes which i will learn from. But my energy continues and i want to succeed. I pity no one that doesn't go out and try and find it. there are always trainign opportunities and ways to find it in this World.
The benefits culture unfortunately has bred people that think they don't have to work and stick at it - those days are over - I hope!
Lastly, having sufferred badly financially I had some soul searching times and during this time i realised what really mattered. It was easy really, it was my wife, children, family and friends. Without them I had nothing. All the money in World without them meant i was a poor man. I think we can forget this too easily and I'm certainly going to enjoy spending time with them this Christmas. Don't pity people with no proeprty or wealth - pity those with no friends or family. Merry Chrismas all and Happy New Year.:beer:0
