It does seem to be an 'awkward' store, you were lucky to get 1p items. I got 'trouted' at the SS tills whilst trying to buy Toy Story bags and 4p coat. Assistant removed the security tag on the coat but then she noticed the price on her screen and took all the cheap items off me before I could pay, she said they had a fault so were being recalled. It makes me all the more determined to get DTD when the chance arises...:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I've still to catch up, but P*rth Cri*ff rd has the flowery wipes for 1p. They are not on a clip strip but a shelf in the toiletries aisle - near the bath and shower stuff iirc. There were about 20 and I only took 10 so get 'em if you are thereabouts! The SEL said £1.25.

Agree, have had no problems at Upp£r B0at. Managed to gt 2 telescopes from there this afternoon Can only find 1 scanner there (biscuit aisle)...do you know of any others?

Evening guys - I'm just about to start catching up as this is my first log-in of the day - I may be a while :eek: :eek:

Anyway, my neighbour came back either late last night or during the night, but I haven't had a chance to talk to him about his dogs as it's been a bad day for me

and Mr 3dogs still not seen doc about his persistent sciatica as no appointments available with the doc he wasnt to see, so just did a callback phone appointment and got more meds to see him over the weekend, and will try again for appointment next week

That's the only scanner I know of, I was there last night about 8pm and the whoopsies were awful, they must be doing them earlier as they had all gone by then

think i may have a new 1p find but not sure its the toy story marbz you get 5 marbles in a little bag found them mixed in with the little mini toy story characters in little bags got some air drumsticks for a quid in the green packing that is the same as the telescopes (cant remember what the make is) but sadly no telescopes there but there was still a label out but was filled with microscopes HTH xx

When I went through the tills the SA was holding things up to the SA opposite her and saying "Ohhhhhh look at this for 22p awwwwwww this is only 36p" I didn't know where to look lol

Tried for whoopsies first time last night around 7.30 and all I got was 2 packs of Jus Roll. Not really got a local store, live near to so many so I tend to visit them all on a regular basis...Upp£r B0at, W.Av£nue, Y. Mynach, Talb0t Gr££n, Ca£rphilly and will also go to P£ngam Gr££n, M£rthy Tydfi1, £bbw Val£...guess I'm a bit of a Tesco holic...:rotfl::rotfl:

Can someone post a pic of a store scanner, as I don't know what I'm looking for. There is an employee station which is password protected!! Never anyone there to help!
