Sorry, nowhere near caught up, still on page 417 but thought you might all like to see a very cute video of my cat Rumple, taken yesterday. You really wouldn't think he was 16+ years old would you?

mine was about 5 years ago now.. I dont remember them calling back, but was too worried at the time to care!!

Re your facial muscles...could it be Bells Palsy? I know someone who suffered from this where one side of her face 'dropped' and some of the symptoms were similar to a stroke....although i think in most cases its temporary..hers was back to normal a couple of weeks later...although he said she'd felt like everyone was staring at her....its probably more noticeable to you than others so try not to let that get you down - just concentrate on getting well :)

And I'm the same...permanently logged in, even when I'm out and about or in bed!!! :)

It's not Bell's Palsy as it's purely a sensation, none of my face drops or looks any different in the slightest, so the diagnosis is it's too do with the nerves pulling/twitching under the surface.

I knew that was going to happen before it happened, still funny though :rotfl:

I had a couple of the WTP mugs earlier in the week, they are lovely quality would be a nice gift....they were hanging with all the others that are £2.75 or 2 for £4:eek: :T

The man working there helping me find the bargains (yes really) said you could walk round all day and find hundreds....I did spend 3 hours there!!!

Evening all, not long home from the funeral and trying to catch up. Apart from DD throwing up before we left it all went well, she got through it intact and is now sleeping it off...poor thing is worn out. DS got to carry the coffin ans I was so proud of how he handled everything,I forget he's a man now and not my wee boy.
Was hoping for a whoopsie visit to Ts this evening and maybe look for some of the stuff mentioned on here, but Im showered and in my pjs so just gonna lie up and relax and hopefully get an early night. Hardly get a chance tomorrow as DS flies back to England in the evening and wants to visit his nanny before he goes.

Talking of fireworks....weren't the New Years Eve ones in London fantastic.
Did anyone here manage to get to see them in person?

My DS was meant to be going to a party on NYE and at 12.05 phoned me and said Guess where I am, Can you hear the fireworks? At the last minute he and his friends had decided to jump on the tube andgo and watch them and they said they were fab. Don't think he'll go again though took hours to get home because the trains were all free so were mobbed.
Well, Autistic people don't know the difference between right and wrong therefore don't have any morals, I would say keep it, enjoy it, say nowt. Same if you find a wallet (like the one I found on NYE):eek:/purse/cash in the street.

What someone who does know the difference between right and wrong who would have morals, would do is either go back and explain exactly what happened and offer to pay for the shopping, or, give it away to the needy/food banks, soup kitchens etc.
    Got it, you're like Jordan/Katie Price:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Only playing;)

I am not old but i dont understand why people have tattoos. I went ballistic when my DS had his first tattoo (he got 3 as far as i know) he hid it from me but i spotted it one day when he forgot to cover it up .

I have'nt got any but confess it's only because my OH hates them and would go ballistic if I had one. Saying that if I really wanted to I'd just do it, always been too chicken to do something that would stay with me forever:oMy dad was in the navy and he had loads of tattoos. The best were his "Eyes". He had one tattooed on each cheek bum and it caused chaos when he was poorly and in hospital. The nurses would come to give him his injections, pull down his jimjams and squeal with laughter:rotfl::rotfl:He always used to say "I've got eyes in the back of me bum and I'm watching you" ;)

:grouphug: Hope Kadison is ok today not seen her around

Ah bless you thinking of me, I had a very long sleep last night as yesterday's mental traumas knocked me out, then had nurse and vets appts back to back so I've only just made it on here!

Feeling very much better today, had a good chat with the nurse about anxiety and how it's affecting my health etc. Looking forward to a good chat with the doc when I see her on the 18th.

    Hope you're well?
i cant get my head around the fact that "he" is in fact a "she". its locked in my head now and i cant seem to change it. sorry kadison :o

No, I'm definitely a girl, I've just checked :rotfl:
