Afternoon all, haven't had a chance to read back but I thought I'd post my finds:

finally got 1p Sarah Smith wipes b/c 00782
and not sure if this has been posted but

    Pantene Colour + Protect + Volume Shampoo 250ml b/c 87089 scans at 50p and
    Pantene Colour + Protect + Volume Conditioner 200ml b/c 87058 scans at 59p both are old style bottles;

in my store they had some Pantene shampoo rtc £1 in a box at the aisle end- slim pickings, but I found these bottles in the normal shelves amongst the rest of the Pantene stuff.
I scanned ALL the old style bottles, but only the COLOUR PROTECT + VOLUME version is reduced to 50/59p. HTH

Oh and I did a trial for Pantene a month or two ago and was sent some £1 off coupons, which I also used sucessfully if any of you lot also did the trial.

I bought this the othere day, was proper trouted but i won in the end.
Someone mentioned the gml toastabags down to 18p. Well i found 2 strips of them and was searching for the correct bc.
Found one and the others had stickers all over them. I scanned the sticker one and it came up at 3.99, sel was 1.75

I bought the whole lot. I was asked didnt i notice the price you paid, my reply Nah was too busy looking at packaging and how i could use them.Which was true.
Then, i was no way they are 3.99, and then are you sure you want them all. Quite expensive, would you like a refund. No No. And she was like what do you want to do. Casually mentioned something like double something. LOL sounding all clueless and she called someone else to check price. Then the lady then asked me again, are you sure u want them all. You can use 1, 100 times. And honestly i had no idea. I was like wow. Yeah ill keep them and give to friends and family. She then replied you can get the for a £1 at a poundshop. I just ignored her. Far out, did they try all there tricks.

I swear its all bad acting all the way. No one would have won an oscar i tell you.

In the end, i got my DTD, and some £5 or so to take them away for them.

Thanks for the op that mentioned them before, as i never noticed them before and they are right next to the 1p descalers. How i never noticed them i have no idea.

lol...i got these the other day...and some more today! The non stickered ones scan at 18p...the stickered ones scan at 3.99....and i agree...who would pay that??!!!

at my local, the SEL was 40p the other day, so I bought 5 (didnt want to overdo it!)...went back today and SEL still there! Bought 3 just to balance out my shopping....CS tried to argue it was for different product as barcode is different (yes because Ts have put another stickered barcode on top thats why!!!)...but i just said its not my job to check barcodes....and the SEL says JML Toastabags 2pack..which is what they are....voila £21.54 back!!

Also...got a few bits from the 'How Cool Is That' range...looks like its all been reduced to £1.....giant calculator, shark bottle opener (sticks to fridge door), glitter lamp, cup warmer, radio bath boat....all great novelty gifts...great for Fathers Day!!! :)
hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!

  • i agree with you as well. austistic people do understand the difference between right and wrong. they dont fully understand dangers though.

I suppose it depends where they are on the spectrum.

Personally I don't even attempt a white sauce. I grab a tin of cheap soup and use that instead.

Campbells condensed soup is great for this, especially if you got them free!

I've only been to T's once since Xmas as I'm trying to use up what we've already got. Are the wine deals people are getting OOD SEL's or is it a mis price. If it's the latter I might just HAVE to go tonight!
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.
