Evening all, Happy New Year :)

Had a right laugh at cs today in K1ngsw4y Dund33. DTD on the Pork Loin Steaks which are £8.00/kg now £4.00/kg there was a sel on the 2 packs aswell which had £8.00 on them. Picked up 4 with a load of shopping and went to cs to get DTD. After 5 or so mins and showing them the sel they eventually started to attempt to work out how much I was due. £5 odds back to which I then ask for DTD. Was told no you were not over charged, I proceed to laugh and ask if I was not overcharged why are you giving me half my money back? to be told this was not a DTD an blah blah. So to save any bother walked to car put stuff in boot and gave the 0800 number a quick call. Walked back in told them it was def a DTD for the woman to then tell me she never wanted to give it to me as someone would get into trouble for it as they told her they had just forgot to change the sel and "what do you want to do about it now? get someone in trouble or leave it at that" Though that was a bit cheeky so just told her to call and quote the ref give to then be told she couldnt be bothered as she is too tired. Handed me the other half of the refund for the DTD and walked away without saying a word. Very LOL indeed.

I did this a few times back in the R&R days, sometimes successfully and others not so - the trouble is when you make a fuss they will remember you so watch your step in that store for a while.

I find it's much better to get the whoopsies and keep my profile low ;)

was looking for a blue ray player yesterday but all our ones were priced correctly bah humbug.

keep looking!! I've never even noticed these full price before...I was always looking at and price checking the personal DVD players and dual in car DVD players....then last night I walked past the electrical sale aisle and it was just on the shelf...literally like someone had jut chucked it on there..no SEL, didnt match anything around it (was all TVs)....when I saw the SS10 I thought I'd check the price...and voila!!

    ;)
hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!
