yes they have lost that much in one week- they are on a full on, intense bootcamp, 4 massive workouts per day and about 5 calories foodwise

they are definitely using more calories than they are consuming

Found a small melamine minnie mouse bowl this evening, approx 10cm in Diameter, red rim around the bowl, picture of minnie mouse on the inside of the bowl. No SEL, but scanned at 9p. For those who know where I shop, I left both of them tucked behind the bright blue/pink plates in the cookware aisle.

No working scanners (there is one in the crisps aisle but it's kaput!)
I've never found much there TBH. I went to the R0bor0ugh Extra when the electricals glitch was on a few months back and did'nt find anything. I've not tried the superstore in Tr&nsit W&y (not sure where that is!) so can't say what that's like.
Either the T's down here are nothing like as good as the bigger ones up country....( they are a lot smaller) or I'm rubbish at finding stuff!!
