3Dogs - Wishing you and Mr Dogs lots of luck with the diet, and Mr Dogs a speedy recovery. Don't get down about having put a little bit of weight back on, you have still achieved so much with what you have lost.
In August I had built back up to swimming a mile twice a week, and I haven't been for 4 months.... but sometimes life works out like that.queen_of_cheap wrote: »Oh dear, hope he is feeling better soon.
I know how disappointing it is when you see the scales after a while, but remember that you have had a very difficult time and weight loss should not be at the forefront of your mind. You've lost it before, so you know you can do it again. And it will come back off again :j
Thanks guys, and Fudge_Cake and blondynurse too - I am feeling positive about getting back into the plan - as you say, I know it worksblondynurse, did you lose your weight with a slimming club or on your own?
Maybe he just did too much too soon, tell him when he wakes up I sent him a big HUG

Knew you would be watching, not as good as last night! Still arguing with OH over the money, he has "decided to compromise". He won't give his brother half of the money yet, he is going to wait until he gets his compensation from the accident and then give it to him. Still not good enough in my opinion, am I being too harsh?
Good luck anyway sleep well night night.
Not being too harsh at all. If the brother didn't contribute to the initial bet then he isn't entitled to half, simple as that.:beer:0 -

For dinner tonight, we are having scottish salmon fillets, lightly steamed in homemade butter. With a leeks, 5p, carrots 20p for the huge bag, sprouts, frozen leftovers from christmas dinner and finest mash in buttermilk, whoopsied 35p.
Kids back at school tomorrow so i haventaken the step of refusing to buy carton drinks and have done em all squash in a flask. So heres to saving money and day 1 of myself and OH not smoking.
Go for it, I'm on week 8 and feeling fab and don't even think about smoking, just the £400 I've saved:T:T:TShe wasn't going to Mr T's but its right across the roundabout from the electrical store so she probably will/was
