Dont forget The Specials, Bad Manners and Madness. Great sounds! :T

I feel all nostalgic now :)

Actually these are technically "Mod Inspired" bands that arose during the later Mod revival. The original Mods were in late fifties/early sixties. Good sounds though, I like Madness :)

Yes I remember Mork and Mindy. And yes Mindy did have a certain look;) I liked the old style jeans but would no longer look cool in the Levis that you used to buy and sit in the bath with them on until they shrunk to size:eek:

Lol I used to that in the 80's, in my teens, bus driver once joked that I wore them that tight so I couldn't get my fare out of my pocket.:D

My bigger Ts and Next are within spitting distance of eachother. I had great plans for dropping kids off mega early at the ex's, doing the Next sale on Boxing Day at 7am then walking across to Ts to grab some bargains but the ex doesn't want the kids on Boxing Day this year so all plans cancelled. Folks can't come down as they've no-one to look after their dog overnight. Any ideas/suggestions bar bringing the kids along? Yes, I did see some woman at the summer sale, fresh out of bed in her jammies with child under 10 in tow. I will not stoop that low for a bargain.

Surely they were a bit later, lol.:p

True. I class em with the mod era though. Can't beat a bit of two tone ;)

Any chance you can arrange play dates for the kids?

I never did the shrink to size thing. I reckoned they would end up a funny shape if you are sitting up in the bath! My kinda jeans, you lay back on the bed to zip or button em!
