Oh dear, I see what you mean. I'm sure though in the cold light of day she will come round.
I can speak from experience as my mum suffered from Alzheimers and some days I just wanted to cry. Other days I would laugh my head off.
In the early days I found it hard to accept jokes with any reference of Alzheimers, but as mum passed away just over 2 years ago I am more accepting of these jokes.
Any way, Happy New Year to you, chin up, look forward to 2012 or is it 2010

Oh dear I shouldn't laugh at that last line either should I? Or should I?

So sorry your mum suffered from it, I do know what you mean between wanting to cry and laughing your head off, I nursed my mum through bowel cancer (she didn't survive unfortunately) and it was the stupid stuff that got me through the darkest days, I even had a good laugh an hour after she died.....basically I got the call from the hospice at 4:30am and I remarked to my brother that it was typical, she knows I hate getting up early :rotfl:Bless my daft old mother xx

never seen those sprays but I guess if you have too much of the voddie you can use them on the Tesco air bed the next morning...?

I have had enough voddie that I have needed to hang onto the floor to stop myself from falling off, but never had that much that I lost bladder control, I do have several "bushes" stops when walking home tho :p

I'm going to look for these sprays now, I'm far from a snob but I'm not a fan of public toilets (who is!!) and that sounds like a really useful product...especially for 1p! I think if something's 1p we just get it for fun but actually some of the 1p things are pretty good...quite impressed with the Andrex on the go too!

Now do I go hunting tomorrow or not??Hmmm..
